Breathing, Mantra, & Meditation WITH SANJAY

Open to all levels. This class will explore and teach various breathing exercises called pranayama. Each of these breathing exercises are powerful and will enhance one’s health if completed on a daily basis. It increases oxygen uptake, detoxifies the body, balances the autonomic nervous system, and gives increased energy. Through the breath and mantra chanting, one is able to go into a meditative state.
