Sahaj Samadhi Program offers a structured approach to meditation, incorporating personalized instruction, ancient techniques, and practical wisdom. Participants learn to effortlessly transcend the busy chatter of the mind, accessing a state of deep rest and rejuvenation that naturally unfolds into expanded consciousness.

The silence program is a unique blend of advanced breathwork, signature guided meditations, daily yoga, and profound insights into the mind, all in a space of mouna or silence.
