Power Yoga

This intense class will combat any daily fatigue, weariness or dullness. This class is for intermediate-advanced practitioners and will flow through sun-salutations, strength building postures, abdominal work and inversions. The room will not be heated, but come prepared to sweat! This is not your typical yoga class. It will incorporate a variety of teaching practices from Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Pilates.
