YogaFlow Body and Mind TTC will take you deep into the practice that goes beyond just the physical elements of yoga but also the spiritual aspects that make this practice whole(istic). Through this TTC, you will truly learn how to teach and support your students in their yoga journey by building a strong foundation within yourself.
